pro bono and low bono services

Pro bono is a service provided without cost, low bono is a service provided with little cost.

These services are offered at a case by case basis. Things that may qualify you are financial hardship, housing instability, divorce, or domestic violence. 

I offer eight session free or at low cost. Eight sessions is typically enough time to bring a person out of crisis while teaching the skills to help them manage the life stressor. 

Possibly. My commitment to providing quality mental health services to people regardless of their ability to pay means you will not wait any longer than a full fee client would wait. 

If you are not within my current clinical scope I will work to help you find the services you need, but ethically I cannot care for concerns I do not have training around. This includes eating disorders and active substance abuse.  

I ask that you be as invested in your therapy as I am. If therapy is hard to commit to I will ask you forfeit remaining session until a more opportune time.

I believe in the necessity of quality mental health care. For professional and business reasons insurance isn't viable for me offering pro bono services keeps my commitment to providing low and free quality health care to people regardless of their ability to pay.
